What we collect
- Account information such as email address and authentication identifiers
- Story inputs such as character names, descriptions, pronouns, world settings, tone selections, age-range choices, and cover text
- Uploaded content such as photos, images, and voice recordings you submit for processing
- Generated outputs such as character references, story text, page images, narration audio, PDFs, and related metadata
- Usage, device, and error data needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service
- Billing status and transaction identifiers if paid features or subscriptions are offered
How we use information
- Provide and operate the Service
- Process photos, text inputs, and voice recordings to generate storybooks, images, and narration
- Manage accounts, saved books, support requests, and service reliability
- Improve performance, safety, and product quality
- Comply with legal obligations
Children's privacy and family content
The Service is intended for adults. Noli does not permit children to create accounts or use the Service directly. If you upload content that depicts or identifies a child, or submit voice-related content for a child-focused story, you represent and warrant that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or that you have obtained explicit consent from the child's parent or legal guardian to upload and process that content.
If you believe child-related content has been uploaded without appropriate consent, contact us and we will review and remove the content where appropriate.
Voice features
If you submit a voice recording, it may be used to create a custom narrator voice for your stories. Do not upload another person's voice without their explicit permission.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with trusted service providers, including hosting, storage, AI processing, voice processing, communications, and payment providers, solely to operate and improve the Service.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, support saved books, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at support@trynoli.com.
Security and international processing
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Your information may be processed or stored in jurisdictions outside your country of residence in accordance with applicable laws.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Noli develops. Material updates will be reflected by changing the date at the top of this page.

Terms of Use
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make purchases. Children may use the Service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for the child's use of the Service.
Using the Service
You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. You must have the legal right to upload and process any content you submit. If your content includes a child or another person's voice or likeness, you must have the required rights and consent.
Your content and licence
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, process, and store your content solely to provide and operate the Service.
AI-generated storybooks and narration
Noli uses automated systems to generate story text, images, and narration outputs. Outputs are generated automatically and may not be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing, printing, or relying on them.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Service in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes the rights of others. This includes:
- Uploading content you do not have rights or consent to use
- Uploading child-related content without parental or guardian consent
- Uploading a voice recording without the speaker's explicit permission
- Using the Service to harass, exploit, impersonate, or harm others
- Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass security of the Service
Payments
Some features may require payment. Subscriptions and purchases made through app stores or payment providers are governed by their respective terms, including renewal, cancellation, and refunds.
Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or that outputs will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BURLEIGH CREATIVE YAZILIM VE BILISIM HIZMETLERI LIMITED SIRKETI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that exposes us or others to risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, unless mandatory local consumer law applies.
